- Services include receiving returned eyeglasses, inspecting, aligning,
removal of tag and glue residue, complete cleaning, marking of defects
and repacking with all new packaging and bar code labels following
retailers' labeling & packing procedures
- Frames with any
damage will be marked as such and set aside for refurbishing
- Refurbishing
services include replacing scratched or damaged demo or sun lenses,
tightening loose or replacing missing screws, or utilizing
the available option of switching damaged and undamaged parts of same
style frames to make completely refurbished frames
- We also provide
separate & secure storage space for receiving
and storing returns. We will then pick, reprocess, and return frames
upon request.
